Welcome to OfficeLines®. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made via our website, email, telephone, or other communication channels.

1. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date for account holders, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

2. Orders & Availability

• All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
• If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to suggest an alternative or arrange a backorder.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Delivery

• Standard delivery is next working day for stocked items when ordered before cut-off time (typically 5pm).
• Delivery is free for account holders meeting minimum order values, otherwise a standard delivery charge applies.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Full details can be found in our Returns Policy. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days, subject to approval and RA number.

5. Warranty & Liability

• All goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
• We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of any goods supplied.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Ownership

All goods remain the property of OfficeLines® until paid for in full.

8. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
