Returns Policy
At OfficeLines®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help.
1. Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
2. Eligibility
- Items must be in original, resaleable condition
- Packaging, tags, and manuals must be intact
- Custom or personalised items are not eligible for returns
3. How to Return
- Contact your dedicated account manager or email our Returns Team at sales@officelines.co.uk to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Pack your item(s) securely — include the RA number and original invoice.
- Send your package to our returns address, which will be provided with your RA.
4. Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or credit (less any shipping costs). Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide a description and photos of the issue
- We'll authorise a return and arrange a free replacement or refund
